Twin City Glass partnered with Tocci Construction to deliver the high-end glazing package for this dual-building residential landmark sitting atop Brighton’s historic granite quarry. Our scope was defined by technical precision and luxury finishes, most notably at the penthouse level where we supplied and installed custom glass windscreens for the private rooftop terraces.

In addition to the terrace glass, we managed the full installation of the storefront and curtainwall systems. A focal point of our work includes a monumental, oversized storefront door system featuring custom-integrated ventilation in both the doors and sidelites—balancing architectural impact with functional airflow. From the state-of-the-art amenity spaces to the expansive green roofs, Twin City Glass provided the durable, high-performance glazing required for this premier Commonwealth Avenue development.
